Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a small saucepan, add diced tomato, chopped onion, garlic and ginger in water and bring them to boil.
Use an immersion blender or regular blender to vegetables to make puree until smooth, sieve puree through siever.
Return the puree to the saucepan and reheat add salt, pepper and dried basil.
Serve your tomato soup hot.
