Cooking Steps
Boil the tomatoes in a pot of water for 3-4 minutes until the skin starts to peel off.
Remove the tomatoes from the pot and let them cool down. Once cooled, peel the skin and deseed them.
In a blender, add the boiled and deseeded tomatoes, soaked tamarind, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the chutney to a pan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until it thickens and becomes shiny.
Add water as needed to adjust the consistency.
Serve the Tomato Imli Chutney.
