Instructions
Cooking Steps
1. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add minced garlic & grated ginger and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add sliced red and yellow bell peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are partially cooked.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Add cubed tofu and mix well, ensuring that it's coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat until the tofu and vegetables are cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
