Instructions
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together skimmed milk curd, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add tofu cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat them with the marinade. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Puree the tomatoes.
Cooking Steps
Heat a pan and add oil.
Transfer marinated tofu to the pan.
Grill for 5-10 minutes until slightly browned and keep aside.
In another pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add tomato puree to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add garam masala powder and salt. Mix well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the grilled tofu cubes to the pan and mix well with the masala.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
