Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a wok or kadhai over high heat.
Add chopped garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add sliced onions and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add cubed paneer and tofu and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are lightly browned on the outside.
Add sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, cubed brinjal, and chopped broccoli. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
Add cubed pineapple, soya sauce, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has coated the vegetables and paneer/tofu.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot with rice or noodles.
