Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, rolled oats, grated carrot, grated zucchini, finely chopped onion, finely chopped garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well until everything is well combined.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small tikkis or patties.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the tikkis in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on one side.
Flip the tikkis and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the other side.
Remove from the pan and serve hot.
