Tinda Vegetable (Gravy)

Tinda, tender
250 gms (250g)
Cumin seeds
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Turmeric powder
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Coriander seeds
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Mustard oil
1 tsp (5g)
Chopped Onion
1 small cup (100g)
Chopped Tomato
1 small cup (100g)
Red chilli Powder
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat the oil in a kadai over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent after that add grated tomato. Sauté it for 15-20 min.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix everything well.
Add the chopped Tinda and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add Water & cover the pan cook for 10-15 mins
Once the Tinda is cooked, remove from the heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
