Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the sprouts, grated paneer, onions, capsicum, coriander leaves, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small tikkis of approximately 2-inch diameter.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the tikkis to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the pan and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
