Rice bran oil
1 tsp (5g)
Red Onion
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Red Bell Pepper
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Yellow Bell Pepper

Clove Garlic, Chopped

Instructions
Preparation
Soak the brown rice for 30 minutes
pressure cook the soaked rice for 3-4 whistles.
Cooking Steps
In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the cooked brown rice, soy sauce and chopped Thai basil to the wok. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Taste the fried rice and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serve hot and enjoy!
