Ingredients
Tea leaves
1 tsp (5g)
Plain Water
1 small cup (100g)
Cardamom, green
2 gms (2g)
Skimmed Milk
0.25 small cup (50g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a saucepan, bring cup of water to a boil.
Add a loose tea leaves and cardamom to the boiling water.
Let the tea steep for about 3-5 minutes for the appropriate steeping time.
While the tea is steeping, warm skimmed milk in a separate pot.
After the tea has steeped, strain the tea leaves.
Pour the warm milk into the tea and boiled well.
Pour the tea into a cup and enjoy it while it's warm.
