Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the skimmed milk curd curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Add the paneer cubes and mix well, ensuring the paneer is coated in the marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Brush a baking sheet with oil and place the paneer cubes on it.
Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the paneer is golden brown.
Serve hot.
