Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a small pan, dry roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, and cloves over medium heat, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
Allow the spices to cool completely.
Grind the roasted spices into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
In a bowl, mix together the ground spice powder, cardamom powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add the kasoori methi to the spice blend and mix well.
Store the Tandoori Masala in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
