Sweet potato puree is an excellent first food for infants. Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin A, fiber, and potassium. This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and has no added sugar, making it a healthy and nutritious option for your little one.

Sweet potato, pink skin
0.5 small (80g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Peel and chop the sweet potato into small pieces.
Boil or steam the sweet potato until it becomes soft and tender. This will take around 15-20 minutes.
Once the sweet potato is cooked, let it cool down to room temperature.
Transfer the cooked sweet potato to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
If the puree is too thick, you can add a little water to thin it out.
Transfer the puree to a container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Note- You can use formula milk and it's recommended quantity mentioned on package as suitable for the age of infant.
