Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Add sweet corn kernels and water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sweet corn kernels are cooked.
Use an immersion blender or transfer the soup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Return the soup to the pot and add milk. Stir well.
Let the soup simmer for another 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
