Instructions
Preparation
For the stuffing;
Heat half a tsp of oil in a pan
Add the veggies to the pan
Let the vegetables soften on low heat for a few minutes
Keep it aside to cool dowl
Add dry spices and condiments to it.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the wheat atta and wheat bran atta and warm water. Knead into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions. Take one portion and roll it out into a circle of about 6 inches in diameter.
Place a portion of the stuffing in the center of the rolled-out dough.
Bring the edges of the dough together and seal them to form a ball.
Roll out the stuffed dough ball into a circle of about 8 inches in diameter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side.
Flip the roti and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough and stuffing to make the roti.
Serve hot.
