Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine oats bran flour and whole wheat flour.
Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the stuffing. Add Vegetables in a bowl.
Sprinkle turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle.
Place a spoonful of the vegetable stuffing in the center of the circle.
Fold the edges of the circle towards the center, covering the stuffing completely.
Gently press the stuffed dough ball and roll it out into a roti or flatbread.
Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet over medium heat.
Place the stuffed roti on the hot tawa and cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
