Instructions
Preparation
-Blanch sliced mushroom for few mins.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add cubed tofu to the pan and sauté until lightly browned on all sides.
Remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside.
Add chopped onions, bell peppers, blanched sliced mushrooms, broccoli florets, and cauliflower florets to the pan. Stir well.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Add the tofu back to the pan and stir well.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the tofu is heated through.
