Garlic paste

Instructions
Preparation
Wash Fish and cut into small pieces .
Cooking Steps
In a small bowl, mix the ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Remove the fish fillets from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked but still have a crunch.
Add the cooked fish fillets to the pan and stir well.
Pour the ginger-garlic paste mixture over the fish and vegetables and stir well until the sauce thickens and coats the fish and vegetables.
Serve hot.
