Preparation
Boil and peel the potatoes.
Mash them.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, grind the sprouted soya beans into a coarse paste. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
Add chopped onion, green chili, mashed potatoes, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into flat tikkis.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil.
Place the tikkis on the tawa and cook until the bottom side turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until it turns golden brown as well.
Repeat the process until all the tikkis are cooked.
Serve hot.
