Chopped Onion

Chopped Tomato

Instructions
Preparation
You can opt to sprout the moong bean at home , here's the method:
Soak moong beans in water for 8-10 hours.
Drain the water and rinse the beans.
Place the beans in a jar or container and cover them with a lid or cloth.
Keep the jar or container in a warm, dark place for 24-48 hours, rinsing the beans with water every 8-12 hours.
Once the beans have sprouted, rinse them one last time and they are ready to be consumed.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add sprouted moong beans and mix well with the spices.
Add 1/4 cup of water and cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.
After 10-12 minutes, check if the sprouted moong are cooked. If not, cook for a few more minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot
