Sprouting Black Chana:
- Soak black chana overnight (8-10 hours).
- Drain the water and keep the soaked chana in a clean, damp cloth or sprouting jar for 24-36 hours until sprouts appear.
- Wash the sprouts thoroughly before using.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, add the sprouted chana, chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chilies.
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt over the mixture.
Add lemon juice and toss everything well.
