Baked Potato
1 medium bowl (90g)
Onion Finely Chopped
1 small onion (70g)
Garlic, small clove
1 tsp (5g)
Cumin seeds
1 tsp (3g)
Coriander Powder
1 1 tsp (2g)
Turmeric powder
1 pinch (1g)
Red chilli Power
0.5 tsp (1g)
Common salt
1 tsp (3g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add diced potatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly cooked.
Add chopped spinach and stir well.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked and the spinach is wilted.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
