Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add diced potatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly cooked.
Add chopped baby spinach and stir well.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked and the spinach is wilted.
