Instructions
Preparation
Chop the spinach
Blanch spinach for few minutes.
Finely chop the mint and coriander leaves.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, whisk the homemade skimmed milk curd until it is smooth and creamy.
Add the steamed mixed sprouts, chopped onion and green chili. Mix well.
Mix well.
Add cumin powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Serve the Raita.
