Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Achari Paneer, first heat ghee in a pan
Step 2: Now add onions and cook till they turn brown
Step 3: Now take a mixer, add pickle, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder, add some water and grind it
Step 4: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 5: Add celery, fennel and ground spices to it
Step 6: Let it cook for 2 minutes
Step 7: After 2 minutes add capsicum to it, mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 8: After 4 minutes, add tomato puree, some water and cover the pan
Step 9: Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes
Step 10: After 7 minutes add paneer, kasuri methi and salt
Step 11: Mix and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 12: After 3 minutes, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
Step 13: Serve Achari Paneer with Dal Fry, Phulka and Cumin Rice for dinner
