Preparation
-Wash, cut chicken into pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken pieces to the pan and mix well with the sauce. Cover the pan and let it cook for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Add fresh spinach leaves to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes until the spinach leaves wilt.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
