Instructions
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, soya flour, and salt. Mix well.
Add enough water to make a soft dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Cooking Steps
In a separate bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves. green chillies and salt. Mix well.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a small circle.
Place a spoonful of the cauliflower mixture in the center of the circle. Bring the edges together to seal the filling inside.
Roll out the stuffed ball into a paratha, using a rolling pin and some dry flour.
Heat a tawa over medium heat and add oil. Place the paratha on the tawa and cook for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
Serve hot.
