Onion Finely Chopped
0.5 medium cup (75g)
Chopped Green Chilli

Coriander Powder

Instructions
Preparation
Soak soy granules in warm water for 10-15 minutes until they become soft.
Drain the water and squeeze out the excess water from the soy granules.
Boil the potato
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the squeezed soy granules, mashed potato, chopped onion, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into tikkis.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the tikkis on the pan and shallow fry them until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Remove the tikkis from the pan and place them on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
Serve hot.
