Instructions
Preparation
Soak soy granules in warm water until they become soft.
Drain the water and squeeze out the excess water from the soy granules.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add soya granules and water mix well, ensuring the mince is coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat until the soya is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
