Hung Curd Preparation:
Take skimmed milk curd in a large bowl.
Mix the curd well with a spoon to ensure there are no lumps.
Take a muslin cloth or cheesecloth and fold it in half to form a double layer.
Wet the cloth with some water and then squeeze out the excess water.
Place the wet cloth over a large bowl.
Pour the curd into the center of the cloth.
Bring the edges of the cloth together and twist them to form a tight bundle.
