kangkung (water spinach)
1 cup, chopped (200g)
Shelled Shrimp
4 small (32g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp (5g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (2g)
Soy sauce
1 tsp (5g)
Sesame Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Black Pepper

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped garlic and chili. Saute until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
Add water spinach to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes until the leaves are wilted.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well incorporated.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
