Whole Wheat Tortilla

Chicken, poultry, breast, skinless
100 gms (100g)

Avocado

Instructions
Preparation
In a medium-sized pot, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Add the chicken breast to the boiling water and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool for a few minutes.
Shred the chicken pieces.
Use a fork or your hands to shred the chicken into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the shredded chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it's heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla.
Add shredded chicken, sliced tomatoes, chopped onions, and sliced avocado on top of the lettuce leaf.
Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
