Instructions
Preparation
For Shredded Chicken:
In a pot, water and bring it to a boil.
Add the chicken breast to the boiling water and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool for a few minutes.
Use a fork or your hands to shred the chicken into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add the shredded chicken and mix well, ensuring the chicken is coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the chicken is heated through and the flavors are well blended.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
