Sev Poori

Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled and mashed sprouts, finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and coriander leaves.
Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
On a plate, arrange the baked papdi and top each one with a spoonful of the potato-sprouts mixture.
Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint chutney over each papdi.
Garnish with sev and serve immediately.
