Sev Poori
Sev poori is a popular Indian street food snack that is both delicious and healthy when made the right way. This recipe uses baked papdi instead of fried ones and includes lots of fresh vegetables, making it a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The addition of chutney and sev adds flavor and crunch without adding too many calories. However, people with peanut allergies should avoid this dish.
