In a dry skillet, toast the watermelon seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and pumpkin seeds over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Let the seeds cool to room temperature.
Add the seeds to a blender or food processor and blend until they form a fine powder.
Store the protein powder in an glass/ceramic container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
Add 1 tsp in a glass of water and soak it for a while.
