Chopped Onion

Instructions
Preparation
Wash French Beans and trim them and cut into 2-inch pieces
Keep them aside
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add trimmed and cut French beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they turn bright green and slightly tender.
Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes over low heat until the beans are cooked through but still have a crunch.
Serve hot
Note - If you choose not to put Schezwan sauce , you have the option to completely skip it or replace it with some other sauces like chilli sauce or homemade lighter sauces
