Preparation
Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and slice it into thin strips.
Cooking Steps
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
Once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and sliced bell pepper to the skillet.
Saute the bell pepper and garlic for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bell pepper is tender and slightly charred.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
