Sattu Flour
1 small bowl (100g)
Makhana
1 small cup (100g)
Dates
4 piece, pitted (28g)
cardamom powder
1 tsp (2g)
Ghee
1 tsp (5g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Dry roast the makhana in a pan until they turn crispy. Set aside to cool.
In the same pan, heat ghee and add sattu flour. Roast on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it turns slightly brown and gives off a nutty aroma.
Add the roasted makhana to the pan and mix well.
In a separate pan, heat water and add chopped dates. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the dates turn soft.
Add the cooked dates, along with cardamom powder, to the pan containing sattu flour and makhana. Mix well until everything is combined.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Grease your palms with ghee and shape the mixture into small balls.
Store the laddus in an airtight container.
