Skimmed Milk

Cooking Steps
Wash samakhia or sama rice and soak it in enough water for at least 30 mins. Drain all the water after 30 mins.
Heat the 2 cups of milk in a heavy bottom pan on a medium flame. Add soaked rice and cook till rice gets completely cooked which will approximately take 45 mins-1 hour. Keep stirring and scrapping the sides of the pan.
Add elaichi powder and mix well. Turn off the flame.
Serve hot or cold as per your choice.
