Samak Rice (Raw)
0.5 cup (100g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the Samak Rice in water and drain the excess water.
In a pot, combine the Samak Rice and 2 cups of water.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
Once the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid.
Cook for 20-25 minutes until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed.
Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
