Clove Garlic, Chopped

Diced Tomatoes

Preparation
-Wash and cut fish into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
While the salmon is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and red chilli flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes and olives to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
To serve, spoon the puttanesca sauce over the cooked salmon.
