Sabudana
0.5 small cup (50g)
Cumin seeds

Instructions
Preparation
Rinse the sabudana in water a few times, then soak it in water for 3-4 hours or overnight.
After soaking, drain the water from the sabudana and set it aside.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped green chilies and sauté for a minute.
Add cubed potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
Add the sabudana, roasted peanuts, and salt. Mix well, ensuring the sabudana is coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat until the sabudana pearls are cooked and translucent.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
