Instructions
Preparation
Soak the sabudana in enough water for 4-5 hours or overnight until it becomes soft and fluffy.
Boil and mash the potato.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl add soaked sabudana, boiled and mashed potato, chopped green chilies, ginger paste, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, and rock salt to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal-sized balls and flatten them slightly to form patties.
Air fry the sabudana vadas until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Transfer the sabudana vadas in a plate and serve hot.
