Sabudana (Raw)
0.25 cup (50g)
Chopped Green Chilli
0.25 tsp (0.5g)
lemon juice

Cumin seeds

Preparation
Rinse the sabudana in cold water and soak it for 4-5 hours, or overnight, until it becomes soft.

Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped green chili and saute.
Add the cubed potatoes and salt, and cook until the potatoes are soft and tender, stirring occasionally.
Drain the water from the soaked sabudana and add it to the pan. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sabudana becomes translucent, stirring continuously.
Add lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
