Sabudana (Raw)
1 small cup (100g)
Potatoes
2 cup, diced (200g)
Cumin seeds
1 tsp (5g)
Olive Oil
0.5 tbsp (7.5g)
Chopped Green Chilli

Preparation
- Rinse the sabudana under running water until the water runs clear. Soak the sabudana in water for 4-5 hours or overnight until they are soft and translucent.
- Drain the sabudana using a colander and let it sit for 30 minutes to remove any excess water.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped green chili. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add diced potatoes. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add the sabudana and salt to taste. Mix well, ensuring that the sabudana is coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sabudana is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
