Rohu Fish Curry with Zero Oil

Preparation
Wash the Rohu fish pieces and pat them dry.
Cut fish into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a non-stick pan, add chopped onions and roast them on medium heat until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir well and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Add salt and mix well.
Add the Rohu fish pieces to the pan and coat them with the tomato-onion mixture.
Add a little water to the pan and cover it with a lid.
Cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat until the fish is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
