Rohu Fish Curry with Zero Oil
This is a healthy version of Rohu Fish Curry that is cooked without any oil. Rohu Fish is a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. This recipe is gluten-free and suitable for people with gluten intolerance. However, people with a fish allergy should avoid this dish.

Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (80g)
Chopped Tomato
1 cup (200g)
Ginger Paste
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Garlic paste
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Cumin Powder
0.5 tsp (1g)
Coriander Powder
0.5 tsp (1g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)

Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Rohu Fish Fillet
250 gm (250g)
Plain Water
2 medium cup (500g)
Instructions
Preparation
Wash the Rohu fish pieces and pat them dry.
Cut fish into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a non-stick pan, add chopped onions and roast them on medium heat until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir well and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Add salt and mix well.
Add the Rohu fish pieces to the pan and coat them with the tomato-onion mixture.
Add a little water to the pan and cover it with a lid.
Cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat until the fish is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
