Roasted Garlic
Roasted garlic is a simple yet flavorful ingredient that transforms into a creamy, caramelized spread when cooked. The sharp, pungent taste of raw garlic mellows out, leaving a buttery, slightly sweet flavor. It’s perfect for spreading on bread, mixing into sauces, or adding depth to soups and stews.
