Onion Finely Chopped

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the rice flakes in a strainer under running water for a few seconds. Drain excess water and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When the seeds start to splutter, add curry leaves and green chili. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the drained rice flakes and salt. Mix everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
