Paneer Homemade (Toned milk)
1 cubed, cup (200g)
Ginger Paste
1 tsp (5g)
Garlic paste
1 tsp (5g)
Olive Oil

Green Bell pepper
1 cup, sliced (200g)
Yellow Bell Pepper
1 cup, sliced (200g)
Chopped Onion

Instructions
Preparation
- In a bowl add paneer cubes and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and keep it for about 30 minutes.
- Cook rice.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until they get a slight golden. Remove from the skillet and keep aside.
In the same skillet, add oil. Add onion, bell peppers.
Sauté the assorted vegetables until they are slightly tender but still crunchy. Then add a pinch of salt and black pepper for flavour. Remove from the skillet and keep aside.
In a pan add some oil to sauté vegetables for 1 minute. Then add boiled rice and mix well with veggies. Add salt as required.
Place the sizzling plate on a heatproof wooden board. Place lettuce leaves and keep the grilled paneer to the center of the sizzling plate. Arrange the sautéed vegetable and serve hot.
