Place the dried rice noodles in a large saucepan.

Boil water on a stove top. Once the water is boiling, pour it over the rice noodles to submerge them completely.

Optionally, add a pinch of salt to the hot water for flavor. Let the noodles soak in the hot water for about 6-10 minutes or until they become soft and pliable. Stir them gently to prevent sticking.
